Headed by and centered around composer and drummer Ingvald Vassbo (best known for his stellar drumming in Kanaan, now also playing with Motorpsycho), the group is rounded out by the other two members of Kanaan as well as two new associates. Full Earth creates entrancing organ and synth-laden soundscapes anchored by tight rhythmic grooves. As arpeggiated keys pass and interlock with one another, a compelling and hypnotic picture reveals itself to the listener gradually. With their very own mixture of 70's hard rock, traditional heavy metal and occult imagery, THE WIZARDS from Bilbao have struck a chord with the contemporary metal public. The band was originally formed in the spring of 2013. After having recorded a four-track demo, they started gigging for earnest in February 2014. Since then, THE WIZARDS have released three studio albums and toured mainly in Spain but also in France, Portugal and Germany. "The Wizards" (2015) was followed by "Full Moon In Scorpio" (2017) and "Rise Of The Serpent" (2018).

Just like the earlier albums their new effort "The Exit Garden" once again shows influences by bands such as Black Sabbath, first and foremost, but also early UFO and Danzig.

Refuge Of Sinners is the second full length studio album from Australian Desert Rock 4 piece FULL TONE GENERATOR, Recorded at the famous Rancho De La Luna Studios by Dave Catching the album is an exploration into the twisted souls and minds of 4 guys who were raised on a healthy mix of 70's rock, punk and metal as well as a heavy dose of 90's sludge and stoner rock. The Pineapple Thief is back, with a long-awaited eight-track opus that has been slowly but persistently worked on by the band for three years. The band presents the result of this meticulous creativity to their fans not only in stereo and 5.1, but also in an impressive Dolby Atmos mix.

As one of the pioneers of immersive audio, Bruce Soord is not only the frontman, guitarist and songwriter of the band The Pineapple Thief, but also the producer of Dolby Atmos mixes for a variety of artists. He has also skilfully taken over the reins for the new album "It Leads To This".

The band has worked with meticulous perfection to ensure that "It Leads To This" takes the listener on a wonderful, expressive journey through each track, which is particularly emphasised by the Dolby Atmos mix: here you really immerse yourself in the sonorous world that The Pineapple Thief spins with their music.

The album begins with the restrained melodies of "Put it Right" before transitioning into the metallic groove of "Rubicon". The epic title track forms the core of the album together with the cathartic "The Frost" and the introspective "All That's Left". Tracks such as "Now it's Yours" and "Every Trace of Us" maintain an almost menacing atmosphere, but also deliver the classic dynamics inherent to the band, before the album finally comes to a close with the haunting "To Forget".

First released in February 1984, AMMONIA AVENUE was the seventh album by THE ALAN PARSONS PROJECT, the brainchild of composer, musician and manger ERIC WOOLFSON and celebrated producer and engineer ALAN PARSONS. The inspiration for the album title came from a visit Woolfson had made to the ICI Chemical plant in Billingham, England after meeting ICI chairman Sir John Harvey-Jones on a flight from New York. Upon visiting the plant, Eric Woolfson noticed a long street called Ammonia Avenue, devoid of people and trees and dominated by miles of pipes.

The album sessions featured the contribution of musicians such as Ian Bairnson (guitars), David Paton (bass), Stuart Elliott (drums) with Eric Woolfson playing keyboards and lead vocals on four of the album's nine songs. Colin Blunstone, Chris Rainbow and Lenny Zakatek also provided lead vocals on the remaining songs. AMMONIA AVENUE would become one of the biggest selling albums for THE ALAN PARSONS PROJECT, attaining gold status in many European countries and the USA. The album featured such classic compositions as DANCING ON A HIGHWIRE, SINCE THE LAST GOODBYE and the stunning title track. AMMONIA AVENUE also spawned the hit singles 'DON'T ANSWER ME' (a Top Ten hit throughout Europe and in the USA) and 'PRIME TIME'.

The blu-ray features a new 5.1 surround sound mix and a new stereo remix of Ammonia Avenue, both by Alan Parsons himself. As a bonus, the blu-ray also delivers two promo videos .

The story of Argentinian Melodic Rock group NEON RIDER began in the second half of the year 2020, when the two guitarists, bandmates in another group, Hernan Cattaneo & Marcos Nieva Green, decided to put together a new project to create music with a more classic sound that is based on their Hard Rock & AOR roots. When they began composing and recording demos, they realized that they had much more to show thank just being a project and that the obvious and correct thing was to mutate towards an actual band.

That's how, finally, after a couple of years, with a single and EP released both independently and already with some line-up changes NEON RIDER was completed with Bruno Sangari (vocals), Daniel Bravo (bass) and Pablo Ureta drums). Now, they offer their first full-length album called "Destination Unknown" which contains of 11 songs plus one intro, which seeks to take the listener to an "unknown destination", making him feel like they are traveling to other places and eras.

This album also represents a link between the members and their sons and daughters, as the last song of the album, "Riders Of The Night" showcases a children's choir, with special guests: Valentino Sangari, Sofia Cattaneo, Leandro Guzman Nieva, and Julieta Nieva Rodriguez.

Six years have passed since Swiss-based duo Klaus Johann Grobe's last long player Du bist so symmetrisch. Io tu il loro, their fourth album for Chicago-based Trouble In Mind Records was written over two weeks in a cabin at the very end of a remote Swiss valley, where the duo came up with their debut full-length Im Sinne der Zeit album in 2014. What started out as simply making music again quickly turned into seriously making a new album. Once decided, the whole thing was finished rather quickly and recorded at David Langhard's Dala Studio at the end of 2022.

Io tu il loro is an album with a blurry vision and soft limitations. You can somehow feel them looking back on all their work forgivingly and then moving on to what felt right. So here we are with nine tracks full of embracing warmth, so melancholicly welcoming you don't know if you want to smile or cry. Some might call it timeless, some might call it dad-rock... well, it certainly isn't disco for the masses, it's more like, "If I can't make myself dance after four beers, I can as well go home."

After Anathema's 2012 award-winning album Weather Systems and 2014's spellbinding Distant Satellites, the ambient rockers are back with their eleventh full-length, The Optimist. Out now on Kscope, The Optimist reveals some of the darkest, most challenging and unexpected music the sextet have put their name to.
Anathema, led by brothers Daniel and Vincent Cavanagh, along with drummer John Douglas, singer Lee Douglas, bassist Jamie Cavanagh and drummer/keyboardist Daniel Cardoso began recording The Optimist in the winter of 2016 at Attica Audio in Donegal, Ireland and then finished at Castle Of Doom studios in Glasgow with producer Tony Doogan [Mogwai, Belle & Sebastian, Super Furry Animals] at the helm. Vincent elaborates on Doogan's influence on the recording process "he suggested that we record as a live band, which we hadn't done for years. Having played a few tunes on the last tour, we were ready for that. Tony wanted to capture that energy you can only get with everyone facing each other. it makes a big difference. He was a superb guy to work with and I learned a lot making this record"
The idea for The Optimist was born from the front cover artwork of the band's 2001 album A Fine Day To Exit Daniel Cavanagh explains "I suppose you might say the album is semi-autobiographical because this time we used a surrogate," he says, of the character that is The Optimist "We put sound, feelings and crucially, our own hopes and fears into another person and made him the subject of the songs then weaving my own internal monologue into the narrative of The Optimist. It was John's idea to write a narrative, so I took A Fine Day To Exit as the starting point". Vincent elaborates further on the earlier album's artwork influence "The guy who disappeared - you never knew what happened to him, did he start a new life? Did he succumb to his fate? It was never explained. The opening track title is the exact coordinates for Silver Strand beach in San Diego - the last known location of The Optimist - shown on the cover of A Fine Day to Exit.
To continue the theme further, the band brought back designer and illustrator Travis Smith to create the artwork for The Optimist. The artwork was created from a series of photographs Smith took on a West Coast road trip.
With the character's unresolved destiny the three song writing members, meticulously brought the unfinished story to an end - and most strikingly of all - one which is decided by the listener.
