After the successful reissue of Marillion's 1985 album Misplaced Childhood in 2017, Parlophone relased the British quintet's fourth studio album Clutching at Straws in November.

Like its predecessor, the album was produced by Chris Kimsey and it delivered three top forty hits ('Incommunicado', 'Sugar Mice' and 'Warm Wet Circles'). Clutching At Straws would turn out to be Marillion's final studio release with original singer Fish.

Clutching at Straws relased 4CD+blu-ray deluxe edition and a 5LP vinyl box set. Both include a new stereo remix by Andy Bradfield and Avril Mackintosh (Mackintosh was the original mixing engineer for producer Chris Kimsey in Advision studios back in 1987) and a concert recording of the band performing at the Edinburgh Playhouse in December '87. Some of these live performance have appeared before, on The Thieving Magpie live album, although it should be noted that this is a new mix for 2018 by Michael Hunter.

Distance over Time is the fourteenth studio album by American progressive metal band Dream Theater, released on February 2019 through Inside Out Music. Distance over Time was announced alongside a tour of North America where Dream Theater will support the new album and celebrate the 20th anniversary of its fifth studio album, Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory (1999). On December 7, 2018, the lead single "Untethered Angel" and its music video were released. The second single, "Fall into the Light", was released on January 11, 2019. In October 2014, Kentucky hard rockers Black Stone Cherry brought their 'Magic Mountain' tour to Europe taking in shows in Scandinavia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Ireland and the UK. This show from Birmingham's LG Arena was filmed on October 30th. The setlist features tracks from all four of their albums and includes all of their best known songs. Black Stone Cherry continue the long tradition of Southern Rock bands being great concert performers and have built a real affinity with their European fans in particular. Description: For Led Zeppelin fanatics, this 1976 feature The Song Remains the Same is a treasure of searing live performances, particularly welcome in light of the sad scarcity of such visual material from the band's great decade. Despite the group's road weariness after a long tour, their final, three-night stand at Madison Square Garden in 1973 was full of the old power. Performances of "No Quarter," "Whole Lotta Love," "Black Dog," "Dazed and Confused," and "Stairway to Heaven" underscore Zep's charisma. Trouble is, you don't get an unbroken performance here. Viewers have to wade through a mishmash of documentary insight into the lives of Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Bonham, and John Paul Jones, as well as fantasy sequences supposedly inspired by the thoughts and fantasies of the band's individual members. It's mostly garish and silly, but there are some nice elements, especially insights into the late Bonham's life.

On November 16, Peaceville released a comprehensive limited-edition deluxe set covering the influential Dead era of Norwegian black metal pioneers MAYHEM. The package contain six picture disc LPs, a seven-inch single, 92-page book, posters, and DVD featuring the never-before-seen Jessheim and Sarpsborg live shows plus Henhouse rehearsals.
MAYHEM, the Norwegian pioneers responsible for invigorating a global scene alongside originators such as VENOM, CELTIC FROST and BATHORY, formed in 1984, and with a long history of tragedy, intrigue and infamy have become truly revered legends of black metal. A large part of their legacy was established in the late '80s and early '90s when guitarist Euronymous and bassist Necrobutcher welcomed Hellhammer on drums and Dead on vocals to help shape a new era of darkness and Armageddon.

Containing all 30 songs from the night's set-list, the recording captures an unparalleled, nation-linking occasion. Originally aired live by CBC across all platforms, the concert was experienced by an estimated one-third of Canadians, among the biggest events in the country's broadcast history. "Rock'n Milan" is a live album and long-form video of STEELHEART's live performance at Frontiers Rock Festival IV in Milan, Italy on April 29, 2017.
The band stormed the stage ahead of the forthcoming release of their comeback album, "Through Worlds of Stardust", which is represented with the inclusion of "My Dirty Girl", while the rest of the setlist includes Steelheart classics! With tracks culled from the self-titled debut album and from the "Rockstar" movie soundtrack, singer Miljenko Matijevic was in fine form and delivered an amazing performance to the wowed crowd!
The show is also a fitting tribute to the loving memory of Steelheart guitarist Kenny Kanowski, who passed away just a couple of months after this last performance with the band.

"Encore" is a special live album, recorded during TNT's headlining set at Frontiers Rock Festival in Milan on April 30, 2017. This release is the last live footage of the unique combination of the American singer Tony Harnell with the band's master mind, guitarist Ronni LeTekro.
Tony rejoined TNT in early 2016 after his brief stint with Skid Row. TNT soon signed a recording deal for a studio album with Frontiers and also agreed to a live appearance at the legendary label festival in Milan, Italy.
The band were in fine form and delivered a great set full of classic songs lifted from timeless albums like "Knights Of The New Thunder", "Intuition", "Tell No Tales", and "My Religion".
A fitting testament to a great band and one of the last performances of the band with Harnell on vocals, "Encore" is a release that cannot be missed by fans of the band.
