About: Neil Young "Swing in Mit Neil Young" is a rare documentary by Dutch filmmaker Wim Van Der Linden that includes part of a concert from January 22nd 1971, at Shakespeare Theatre (Late show) in Stratford, Connecticut during Neil's "Journey Through The Past" Solo Tour, and interview material filmed on Neil's ranch on February 9th 1971. Night Ranger had a one of a kind performance at the Key Bank State Theatre in Cleveland on November 9th 2022 as they performed their entire show with the Contemporary Youth Orchestra. CYO is made up of 90+ musicians aged 12 to 18, representing more than 40 schools in Ohio. It has grown to include a full orchestra, wind, string and percussion ensembles. The students performed alongside Night Ranger on all 15 of their songs this night.
Contemporary Youth Orchestra, founded in 1995, aims to give students the opportunity to work and perform both new and contemporary orchestral music. One of the regular projects of the Cleveland-based CYO has been to collaborate with well-known pop and rock acts such as Jefferson Starship, Styx, Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo, and Kenny Loggins (among others) for orchestral concerts featuring the artists' work. It's a slightly different arrangement of their music in which the orchestra works with the composer to develop the full orchestral performance.
This show was unlike any other Night Ranger show - not only did it raise funds for the Contemporary Youth Orchestra Education Fund, but the band decided to film the entire performance and bring it to the masses showing it all start to finish. These unique renditions of their greatest hits were for the first time ever - performed with an entire symphonic orchestra. The setlist combined the band's classics, new songs and covers, and all of this together is what made this a truly once in a lifetime Night Ranger concert event.

Recorded in August 2003 at the Pageant in St. Louis, Missouri, Little Feat perform a career-spanning set including a couple from their (at the time) soon-to-be-released album, Kickin' It At The Barn. The band is comprised of Paul Barrere (guitars, vocals), Sam Clayton (percussion, vocals), Kenny Gradney (bass), Richie Hayward (drums, vocals), Bill Payne (keyboards, vocals), Fred Tackett (guitar, trumpet) and Shaun Murphy (vocals, percussion).

Originally founded by Lowell George (formerly of Frank Zappa's Mothers of Invention) and keyboardist/vocalist Bill Payne, Little Feat were an incredibly unique collective. Organically blending blues, Rock 'N' Roll, country, folk, and soul into Southern-brewed fusion, their funky yet impeccable musicianship led to such classics as "Dixie Chicken", "Willin'", "Oh, Atlanta", and "Fat Man In The Bathtub". Sadly, Little Feat went on hiatus with the passing of George in 1979, but their legacy reignited when the band resurfaced in the late '80s.

Capturing a poignant moment in the band's history, Highwire Act In St. Louis highlights why Little Feat was and still is such an important part of the musical zeitgeist.

Live concert recorded on February 9, 2018 at The Independent In San Francisco, CA. Neal Schon, founding member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted band Journey along with former Journey and Santana bandmate, Gregg Rolie, current Journey member Deen Castronovo on vocals and drums, Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake) on bass, and John Varn on keyboards and vocals perform an hours long sonic adventure through Journey's storied catalog. While largely focusing on the band's '70s repertoire, including the band's first three albums, "Journey", "Look Into The Future", and "Next", the set also includes massive hits from the post-70's era. A must hear for any hardcore Journey fan!
