Dave Kerzner is a progressive rock artist best known for co-founding the award-winning band Sound of Contact with Simon Collins (son of Phil Collins). His debut solo concept album "New World" which featured special guests Steve Hackett (Genesis), Keith Emerson (ELP), Durga McBroom (Pink Floyd) and many other iconic musicians from the Prog world, received world-wide critical acclaim. In March and April of 2016 the Dave Kerzner Band featuring Durga McBroom, Fernando Perdomo, Stuart Fletcher and Alex Cromarty embarked on a short European tour which ended in Zoetermeer, Netherlands on April 2nd, where Kerzner and band co-headlined the Prog Dreams V festival at The Boerderij. In celebration of the 40th anniversary of their widely celebrated album Agents of Fortune , Blue Oyster Cult performed the seminal album in its glorious entirety at an exclusive concert for the Audience Music Network on Monday April 18, 2016 at Red Studios in Hollywood, CA in front a lucky little audience of invited guests. The performance was recorded by an army of cameramen for a DirectTV special. The intense creative vision of BOC s original core duo of vocalist and lead guitarist Donald Buck Dharma Roeser, and vocalist and rhythm guitarist Eric Bloom are complemented by Richie Castellano on guitar and keyboards, and the longtime rhythm section comprised of bass guitarist Kasim Sulton, and drummer Jules Radino. The 1980s San Francisco Bay Area scene was a seismic moment in the world of metal and part of that moment was Heathen. The band returned January 31, 2020 with the 10th Anniversary remastered reissue of 'The Evolution of Chaos' via Mascot Records. It available on CD/DVD, vinyl and digitally, including a previously unreleased bonus track 'Seasons of Purgatory'.

The vinyl has been expanded to 2 discs for optimal sound quality, and the CD/DVD accompanied by a 2 hour 'Making of' documentary on the album as well as a live performance from 2009s Thrash Domination, Japan.

When the album was originally released back in January 2010, it was the band's first album of new material in 18 years and saw them ride a wave of the resurgent thrash scene.
