On how this very special performance came together, Alan says "We had been booked to play here with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and I thought it might be a great opportunity to record a video of the show. It's a rare treat to perform with an orchestra, so I asked the IM3 Global Entertainment video team of Trinity Houston and David Minasian, who had earlier that year had done a great job filming two of our live shows in the Netherlands and produced our latest music video, The NeverEnding Show, to join us and film this performance as well. As luck would have it, they agreed to make the trip to Tel Aviv, and hired a fantastic crew of local cameramen and technicians. We are all very proud of the final result.""Whenever I have an opportunity to play with a Symphony Orchestra, I always try to incorporate songs into the setlist that we wouldn't otherwise be able to perform live, such as the epic Silence and I from the Eye In the Sky album, for example. We also took advantage of this opportunity to play The Sorcerer's Apprentice from our latest studio album, The Secret. It's a new version of a well known classical piece written by Frenchman Paul Dukas that originally appeared in the movie Fantasia. Tom Brooks, our keyboard player, is also an incredibly talented orchestral arranger. He arranged and conducted all of the orchestral pieces for this particular performance, using former Alan Parsons Project conductor Andrew Powell as inspiration for the scores of some of the other songs included in the show," continues Alan.Alan and his band have played in Tel Aviv (and Haifa) three times previously in 2010, 2015 and in 2017 and were thrilled to return. "There is a special sense of excitement whenever we play there. To be given the honor to perform with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, who are arguably one of the greatest orchestras in the world, was a fantastic experience," adds Alan.

The show was recorded live on May 5, 2019 and showcases the performance that Alan Parsons Live Project held at the Tivoli in Utrecht, Netherlands. The band was, as usual, in fine formand fed extra energy by an enthusiastic audience. An amazing performanceby quite possibly the definitive band line-up of exemplary musicians that Alanhas toured with. As an added treat, the album includes a brand newstudio song, "The NeverEnding Show" which offers a hint of thenew studio album that Alan is currently working on for release in 2022.

Alan Parsons' career started when he was 18 years old and earned his first album credit on the Beatles "Abbey Road", an album recorded in the legendary London studios of the same name. He soon became a well respected studio engineer, working for The Beatles on "Let It Be" and later for Paul McCartney, John Miles, The Hollies, Al Stewart, and Pink Floyd, among others. He is particularly renowned for his work on the Pink Floyd masterpiece "The Dark Side of The Moon". Recorded in 1973, Parsons experimented with many of the most advanced recording techniques of the time, showcasing his forward thinking approach. As well as receiving gold and platinum awards from several countries, Parsons has received ten Grammy Award nominations for his engineering and production work. In 2007, he was nominated for Best Surround Sound Album for his most recent release "A Valid Path". In 1975, Alan formed The Alan Parsons Project along with producer and songwriter (and occasional singer) Eric Woolfson. The Project consisted of a group of studio musicians and vocalists, often involving the members of two bands Alan had produced: Pilot (Ian Bairnson, Stuart Tosh, and David Paton) and (on the first album) Ambrosia. The Alan Parsons Project released ten acclaimed studio albums, but rarely performed live, even after several US and UK Top 20 hits. The Project ended at the end of the 80's.
Since then, Alan has released four albums under his own name, using several musicians that also appeared on the Project releases. In 2003, he started touring regularly as The Alan Parsons Live Project. In 2019, Alan returned with an acclaimed new studio album, his first in 15 years, entitled "The Secret". The album was followed by a comprehensive world tour which saw Alan and his band perform new songs together with classic tracks from his catalog.

Stratovarius sind eindeutig eine der erfolgreichsten Metalbands aus Finnland. Under Flaming Winter Skies - Live In Tampere kombiniert nun das Beste von Stratovarius in einem Paket. Seit ihrer Bandgrundung 1982 veroffentlichten Stratovarius 14 genrepragende Alben. While the Velvet Underground never really attained much popular success, their impact on the music world was much more significant. By the time Lou Reed matriculated to his solo career, he was already something of a legend in the music business, and Reed actually managed to evade the oft mentioned "sophomore slump" with Transformer, his second outing as a solo artist which is notable for having been co-produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson. This interesting Classic Albums documentary includes contemporary (meaning circa 2001) interviews and performances by Lou combined with a lot of archival footage, along with occasionally frankly pretentious analyses by Rolling Stones' David Fricke. The second half of this double features captures Lou and the band in concert in Montreux in 2000 in support of the release of Ecstasy. This is a high energy show, with Lou sounding great. The band plays with a lot of vigor, and while the bulk of the concert concentrates on the (then) newest releases, there are some covers of previous material as well. Lou's set list includes.

British prog-rockers Marillion are set to release a new album in early 2022. "An Hour Before It's Dark" is the name of the band's 20th studio record, the follow-up to their 2019 orchestral album "Marillion With Friends From The Orchestra."

The P.U.L.S.E. concert film -- helmed by esteemed director David Mallet -- available as 2x Blu-ray and 2x DVD deluxe box sets, with the video footage having been expertly re-edited by Aubrey Powell/Hipgnosis from the original tape masters especially for The Later Years release in 2019.

P.U.L.S.E., originally released as an album in 1995, was recorded on the European leg of the Division Bell tour and the DVD and Blu-Ray packages include the whole live performance of 'The Dark Side Of The Moon' - the only full live filmed recording of this seminal album. The concert, filmed on 20 October 1994 at Earls Court in London, saw Pink Floyd play some of their classic tracks as well as highlights from the recently released album 'The Division Bell'. Standout tracks include 'High Hopes', 'Keep Talking', 'Sorrow', 'Wish You Were Here', 'Comfortably Numb' and 'The Great Gig In The Sky'.

The resulting film is a moody trip into the world of The Fireworker, captured on the 25th October 2020. No fixes, no polishes, no light show, no nothing. Just the pure rendition of the music along with a surprise or two.

The original stream has now been completely re-edited and expanded with 30 minutes of additional material not included in the original broadcast, all remixed in 5.1 surround sound.

The Blu-Ray edition also contains 2.5 hours of bonus material including promo videos, interviews and a bonus concert filmed at the last night of the Soyuz Tour in 2019.
