• When the last notes rang out in the Dublin o2 on Saturday 12 April 2014, the 9000 fans packing the venue knew that they were witness to the end of something special. The reunion that nobody thought would ever be possible did happen, but now the itch was scratched and that particular book was closed. On August 29th 2014, the band will commemorate one very special night with the release of 'The Frantic Four's Final Fling - Live At The Dublin 02 Arena' on 2CD, double vinyl, DVD and Blu-ray formats, through earMUSIC / Edel. As well as the full concert, the visual formats will contain a bonus fourteen track CD made of highlights recorded across the final tour of March / April. The Blu-ray format also has, as a bonus feature, the documentary made by Sky News' Ian Woods entitled 'The Final Fling?'
• When the original line-up of Status Quo reunited for a 9-date UK tour in March 2013 the outpouring of approval and raw emotion from the fans was incredible. public demand made the final tour of 2014 mandatory and it was just as emotional - and by now the band were an even tighter unit. Rossi, Parfitt, Lancaster and Coghlan received a rapturous response; the band clicked straight back into their groove, the chemistry obvious, the music stunning and the volume almost overpowering. It all led to Dublin; the final show of the final tour. Ever.
• The Frantic Four tours were highlights in a career that has seen Quo achieve more than anyone dreamed possible. The Times said, "It sounded fantastic. And they, like us, were clearly getting a tremendous kick out of revisiting these long-neglected songs." Classic Rock said, quite simply, "Fuck me, dreams can come true"! Dublin was a genuine milestone on the incredible road that Quo have travelled, and it's captured in all its glory here. About: This is an enjoyable and often humorous documentary on the formation of Sting's new band and their first live performance in 1985. Filmed over a nine-day period, the musicians in the band are shown bantering in their usual repartee and quick come-backs as they rehearse for the big opening night. Interviews bring out their thoughts on music and performing, and there is even an impromptu appearance by Sting's son Jake, who was born on the second night of their opening concert. Both the music and the musicians are entertaining.

As the name implies Pink Project is a cover band that plays Pink Floyd music. And they already have been doing that for 20 years. Their tour is called their 20th anniversary tour - The Wall Essentials & more! Pink Project started out as a project with many musicians that played the album The Wall in the way Pink Floyd did it in the eighties. About 20 years ago Peter Chattelin (vocals, bass & guitar) started the Pink Project. Peters plays bass, acoustic guitar and is one of the two vocalists. Peters voice sounds a lot like Roger Waters and the other vocalist, Charles Dehue, sounds a lot like Gilmour. What a couple.
