Led Zeppelin continue their reissue campaign with a new edition of their celebrated live album How The West Was Won, originally released in 2003, featuring newly remastered audio, which was done under the supervision of Jimmy Page.HOW THE WEST WAS WON highlights the best performances from Led Zeppelin's legendary concerts at the Los Angeles Forum and Long Beach Arena on June 25 and 27, 1972. Melded together and sequenced to replicate a single concert from beginning to end, it captures the band at the height of its formidable powers. Standouts include a 25-plus minute version of "Dazed And Confused" and a 21-minute medley based around "Whole Lotta Love." The performances also capture the band introducing songs from its then-unreleased album Houses Of The Holy, which would be released nine months later.

The Moody Blues classic 1967 album Days Of Future Passed is regarded as one of the foundation stones of the progressive rock genre. In 2017, the band headed out on the album's 50th Anniversary Tour including the wonderful show captured at the Sony Centre For The Performing Arts in Toronto accompanied by a full orchestra. The first two discs are dedicated to Chicago's headlining performance at the Isle of Wight Festival on August 28, 1970. It's a snapshot of the band on the verge of superstardom and captures them in top form, playing songs from their first two albums - "Beginnings" and "Ballet For A Girl In Buchannon" - as well as "Mother" from their third album, which was unreleased at the time. The other two headliners on this 3-day festival were The Doors and Jimi Hendrix.

The remaining discs include live performances selected from six decades, starting with a trio of songs recorded in Paris in 1969: "Poem For The People," "25 Or 6 To 4" and "Liberation." Other highlights include deep tracks like "A Hit By Varese" (1973), "Takin' It On Uptown" (1977) and "Forever" (1987), in addition to songs from Chicago's 1994 big band tour: "In The Mood" and "Don't Get Around Much Anymore."

Led Zeppelin continue their reissue campaign with a new edition of their celebrated live album How The West Was Won, originally released in 2003, featuring newly remastered audio, which was done under the supervision of Jimmy Page.HOW THE WEST WAS WON highlights the best performances from Led Zeppelin's legendary concerts at the Los Angeles Forum and Long Beach Arena on June 25 and 27, 1972. Melded together and sequenced to replicate a single concert from beginning to end, it captures the band at the height of its formidable powers. Standouts include a 25-plus minute version of "Dazed And Confused" and a 21-minute medley based around "Whole Lotta Love." The performances also capture the band introducing songs from its then-unreleased album Houses Of The Holy, which would be released nine months later.

This concert took place at the Ace Hotel Theatre in October 2016, raising funds for the David Lynch Foundation.
