Metallica era la primera banda THRASH para sacar un DEMO (the Power Metal demo, abril 1982, y luego No Life 'til Leather en julio) y un LP (Kill 'Em All, julio 1983). Ellos influyeron en sonido de Slayer y el Exodus, conduciendo a ambas bandas en un thrash más pesado, direccion thrashera . Mientras grabo un DEMO en noviembre, 1982. We Are the Dead tomaron de Black Sabbath la dirección correcta , causando una forma thrash que no era bastante tan rápido como el de Metallica, pero tenía ideas de figura rítmica similares. |
