Titled Survival Of The Sickest, the album from the death metal supergroup is the follow-up to 2018's The Arrow Of Satan Is Drawn.

The album was produced by the band and co-produced and mixed by Lawrence Mackrory at Rorysound Studios. With the addition of new guitarist Tomas 'Plytet' Akvik [LIK] onboard, the upcoming album intends to gleefully confront the slavering ghoul lurking in the shadows, and treats us to ten songs of ripping death metal frenzy. The album also includes a host of special guests, including Barney Greenway [NAPALM DEATH], Luc Lemay [GORGUTS] and Marc Grewe [MORGOTH].

Speaking about the album, the band says, "if there was a declaration of goods attached to this album, it would say Florida death metal exported from Sweden."

The Hu's unlikely leap through the metal ranks remains one of the brightest feelgood stories. Even before the release of their captivating debut, The Gereg, the genre-smashing Mongolians had whipped the internet into a frenzy, notching up tens of millions of streams across YouTube and social media. It was anything but a gimmick. Blending rock and metal elements with traditional Mongolian instruments and the art of throat singing, they conjured an enthralling sound rooted in fist-raising chants and rampaging tempos that felt like a marauding horde thundering across the steppe. That they struck such a resonant chord throughout the global metal community, while singing exclusively in their native tongue, spoke to the intrinsic power of the music.

Whereas their debut felt like a metal album played on folk instruments, Rumble Of Thunder is a decidedly more modern affair, opening with the one-two punch of This Is Mongol and Yut Hovende. Stridently forceful and coursing with swagger and energy, both tracks erupt with grinding waves of riffage and a full drum kit along with the traditional string and wind instruments. Rumble. renews its predecessor's affinity for flint-eyed rockers such as Shihi Hutu, Sell The World and Black Thunder, but it also delivers more depth and variety than The Gereg.

At times they step entirely away from metal in favour of zippy, pop- oriented numbers like Triangle, Teach Me and Bii Biyelgee - a booming folk pop gem with a hip-swivelling spontaneity that will reduce crowds to a joyful, sweaty mess. There's even a stab at balladry in the form of Mother Nature - perhaps the only moment when understanding the lyrics might be critical to appreciating the track. Nonetheless, here The Hu have easily sidestepped the dreaded 'sophomore slump', delivering an infectious clutch of serotonin-inducing bangers that establish the band as both gifted songwriters and forward-thinking innovators.

Ultima Grace is a new metal project formed by keyboardist Yuhki (Galneryus, Alhambra) featuring lead vocals by none other than Anette Olzon (The Dark Element, ex-Nightwish).

Ultima Grace's debut album features 11 songs, all sung by Swedish vocalist Anette Olzon, who is well-known and respected in the metal community for her five years fronting symphonic metal legends Nightwish and current project The Dark Element, where she has joined forces with ex-Sonata Arctica and current Insomnium guitarist Jani Liimatainen. .

„Wired Ways" is the self-titled album debut of the aspiring band collective from Berlin and Hamburg. Originally started as a studio project, Richard Schaeffer and Dennis Rux have brought together more than 40 musicians to create a record that pays homage to the techniques and sounds of the late 60s and early 70s, without losing a modern point of view. The result is multi-layered, Beatlesque prog-rock with elements of pop art, psychedelia and world music. Surprising twists and exciting instrumentations unfold behind catchy melodies and imposing vocals, sending the listener on an enjoyable sonic journey.

The core band on these recordings consists of multi-instrumentalist Richard Schaeffer (The Jooles, Geneses, Purple Callas and others) and producer/guitarist Dennis Rux (Angels of Libra, Hamburg Spinners, Rhonda and others), as well as vocalists Jean-Michael Brinksmeier and Daniel Albertus Brouns and drummer Lucas Zacharias. Frontiers is pleased to announce the release of Lunarian's debut album, "Burn The Beauty" on September 9, 2022. Lunarian is a new musical endeavor centered around the stunningly talented vocalist/songwriter Ailyn. "Burn The Beauty" is a showcase for the immense voice of Ailyn, which she has displayed in her work with Trail Of Tears, Sirenia, Her Chariot Awaits (her project with Mike Orlando of Adrenaline Mob), Heart Healer (Magnus Karlsson's rock-metal opera), and more.

For Lunarian, Ailyn teamed up with producer Aldo Lonobile (Secret Sphere, Archon Angel, Sweet Oblivion) to write songs for an engaging, mesmerizing symphonic metal album. And that is exactly what you get with "Burn The Beauty".

Spanish singer/songwriter Ailyn has been performing professionally since the early '00s. She started off as a solo artist before becoming the lead vocalist of the popular Norwegian symphonic metal act Sirenia. Ailyn was a member of Sirenia until 2016, releasing four albums with them. She then took a short hiatus from her musical career before announcing her return with Her Chariot Awaits, a collaboration with Adrenaline Mob guitarist Mike Orlando. The band released one album, a self-titled debut via Frontiers Music Srl. Since 2020, she has also been working with Norwegian gothic/symphonic black metal band Trail Of Tears as well, handling soprano vocals for the band.

In working with Frontiers on Her Chariot Awaits, Ailyn and the label developed a good working relationship and eventually brought her together with producer Aldo Lonobile to discuss the possibility of making a more symphonic metal sounding album compared to the contemporary hard rock sound of Her Chariot Awaits. AIlyn headed to Italy to work with Aldo and record her vocals and thus "Burn The Beauty" by Lunarian came to life.

As previously announced, Frontiers Music Srl has signed a new Danish hard rock band TABOO, who release their self-titled debut album via the label this fall. Taboo features vocalist Christoffer Stjerne, who also fronts the band H.E.R.O., and guitarist Ken Hammer, who rock fans around the world will recognize as a founding member of the beloved hard rock institution Pretty Maids. Based out of Copenhagen, Denmark, Taboo's songs are stuffed with classic heavy riffing and super melodic hooks with a dose of modernity.

With their musical union, Taboo became the musical playground for two of Denmark's most experienced and powerful musicians. The powerhouse duo of Christoffer and Ken won't let rock fans down when they release their self-titled debut album later this year, as the first taste of the album, 'Flames' no doubt proves.
