Step 6: this will downgrade your iphone through itunes it will boot up with a fully restored iphone. Step 7: Create a custome 4.3.3 restore with
Step 8: Enter pwned dfu mode through sn0wbreeze Step 9: Run Tiny Umbrella and start the TSS server. Step 10: load
Step 11: Now you are on Iphone 4
YOUR WELCOME! Thanks Ibrahem Aly & Sukhdeep Another Method Similar like above : So I was able to do it on ipod touch 4g and iphone 4, they were both on 4.3.5 without shsh here are the steps. Note: FIRST THING TURN OFF ALL FIREWALLS THIS INCLUDES WINDOWS DEFENDER AND WINDOWS FIREWALL AND INCLUDING ONES YOU HAVE INSTALLED
Step 2: use redsn0w with ipsw 4.3.3 to enter into pwned DFU mode Step 3: make sure you have #74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com 127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com in your host file located here:- C:WindowsSystem32driversetc Step 4: run tinyumbrella and start TSS Server Step 5: run itunes 10.4.1 and when asked to restore use Shift + restore and point it to the custom ipsw and that should work. ---------- it work for me not exactly the same step. Step 1: You have to go to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc , and replace “HOST” file with the downloaded one in “Restore Files” folder Step 2: Open redsn0w and jailbreak your device but you have to point to iOS 4.3.3 instead of 4.3.4. (some time I was not in DFU mode, but you have to be at the end in DFU mode). run again redsn0w and choose reboot Step 3: Create a custome 4.3.3 restore with sn0wbreeze 2.7.3 (i went with expert mode and didnt change any options). stay into sn0wbreeze and press Start. Step 4 : go to itune and restore phone with custom firmware. I have got error 37. after what i have try with apple firmware in itune and have got error 3×94 or 1601, i dont remember. (phone was in DFU mode I thing) Step 5 : Run Tiny Umbrella 5.00.09 and clic on FIX RECOVERY, after what start the TSS server. Step 6 : after what i have try to custom restore (shift+restore) in itune. I have got error with custom firmware and apple firmware. --------- I’ve being testing every single method posted here and many others that I’ve found on the internet. This method posted here (copy below) has a problem on the 5th step. Where it says load up iPhone should be iTunes. That itself already makes people confused. But that’s not all. On step 6 you should be ready to use your device because it says: “this will downgrade your iphone through iTunes it will boot up with a fully restored iphone” so after that you would be able to play with it, but no, on step 7 it is said to create a new file using sn0wbreeze (“custom 4.3.3″ that you had supposed already created on step 3), enter DFU mode, open Tiny Umbrella and finally restore it through iTunes AGAIN (supposedly done on step 5). Another thing is that on step 2 it says to open redsn0w and jealbreak your device loading the firmware 4.3.3, but if you were able to do that, this post would not be necessary. After this step your phone will stuck on the logo screen (and will stay there forever) when it reboots after the jailbreak process and you will never go to the 3rd step. Sorry, but this post was made by a person that wastes time (doing s**t) and wants to make you waste yours too. “Step 1: You have to go to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc , and replace “HOST” file with the downloaded one in “Restore Files” folder Step 2: Open redsn0w and jailbreak your device but you have to point to iOS 4.3.3 instead of 4.3.4. Step 3: open snowbreeze 2.7.3, choose expert mode, then create pwsd (i think its what is called) allow it to do what it does, then just follow through the on screen instructions. Step 4: it will now be in pwned dfu mode Step 5: snowbreeze will have saved the custom 4.3.3 firmware on the desktop, load up iphone, it will prompt you to restore, on windows press shift and click restore – this will browse to a file of your choice, choose the one on the desktop. Step 6: this will downgrade your iphone through itunes it will boot up with a fully restored iphone. Step 7: Create a custome 4.3.3 restore with sn0wbreeze 2.7.3 (i went with expert mode and didnt change any options) Step 8: Enter pwned dfu mode through sn0wbreeze Step 9: Run Tiny Umbrella and start the TSS server. Step 10: load iTunes and start the restore process with your custom restore file. Step 11: Now you are on Iphone 4 iOS 4.3.3 and you able now to use JailbreakME 3.0 – UnTethered Jailbreak.” | ||||||||||||||||||

Denunciante Popular | How to Activate iPhone 4/3GS on iOS 4.3.5 using SAM? How to Activate iPhone 4/3GS on iOS 4.3.5 using SAM?
4/3GS on iOS 4.3.5 using SAM? As you all know, the latest version of iOS 4 as of now is
Steps to Officially Activate iPhone 4/3GS on iOS 4.3.5 Using SAM:
-------- Hey. I was in the same boat, I have a Telus locked iPhone, unlocked with Gevey, trying to use on Rogers. I could do everything but activate facetime, well after 4 days trying (mitime didn't work for me), I figured out a way to get facetime working for FREE. First, get to your desired firmware (I'm running 4.3.3), jailbreak it (may not be necessary, but I jailbroke mine), and ensure it's properly activated and that push is working. Either use a legit sim, or SAM to activate. Then, use the program DISK AID, connect to the root of your iPhone. Navigate to System > Library > Carrier bundles > iPhone > Unknown.bundle Save out the carrier.plist that is in unknown.bundle. Save it to your desktop somewhere you can find it later. Then, navigate to your intended carrier bundle, for example, mine was Rogers, so I went into the Rogers_ca.bundle, copy the carrier.pist from here into the unknown.bundle folder. You have just overwritten the stock unknown carrier plist with the Rogers carrier plist. The reason for this is so that you can use the correct number registration used for facetime activations. Reboot your iPhone. Do the gevey process again. If you can't see the option to edit your "Cellular Data Network" in Settings > General > Network, then it worked. To clarify, it should be missing. So, now you have verified that you are using the Rogers carrier.plist. Go to Settings > Phone > and Turn ON facetime. It will send a text message to the proper Rogers auth number (49988) instead of the UK number the unknown carrier tried to use. You will be authorized! FaceTime works. Congrats. Now.. you could leave it as is, but you might not have wifi tethering support. To enable tethering, reconnect your phone to DISK AID and restore the saved unknown.bundle carrier.plist into the uknown.carrier folder. Reboot. Do Gevey process again. Go to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network, and reset settings. It should clear all APNs Manually re-enter your carrier settings for APN, MMS and Tether. Exit Everything should now be working, Push, Facetime, Cell Data, WiFi Tether. You're welcome! NOTES: This process of swapping the carrier.plist file into the unknown bundle folder should work to enable facetime with any OFFICIAL carrier. You must copy the plists around because editing them is not possible, the plists on iOS 4.x are signed and cannot be changed, but you CAN move them around. Denunciante Popular | Respuesta: Downgrade Iphone 4 4.3.5 Without SHSH blobs saved (JailBreak para Iphone 4) How To Fix The iPhone SIM Card Not Supported Error A couple of months back, I published a
The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported A few of our readers have since complained that iTunes refuses to recognize their SIM card since they’ve used SAM. The error they received was “The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported”. Apparently, they’re not the only ones – this ‘iPhone SIM card not supported’ error has been associated with those who activated their iPhones using SAM for a while now and luckily, there is a fix available. In this article, I’ll explain how to work around iPhone SIM card not supported error when using SAM. iPhone SIM card not supported error Before we begin, let me give a brief recap of what the iPhone SIM card not supported error is and why. Some users receive the error “The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported” while activating their iPhone 4/3GS/3G on iOS 4.x.x with SAM. This error arises because SAMPrefsdepend on the original carrier on of the iPhone, and not on the ICCID or IMSI of the inserter SIM card. Hence, the user needs to follow a slightly different approach towards activation to successfully using SAM. Getting around the ‘iPhone SIM card not supported’ error First, you need to check the Model number of your iPhone. On Springboard, go to Settings >> General >> About and look for Model information. Search for your Model number in Google to find out the official carrier of your iPhone, and hence the network to which the phone is locked. Note down this information. If you haven’t installed SAM on your phone yet, do so by following the guide
Next, navigate to the main configuration panel for SAM (the first settings screen) and tap the Method menu. Select By Bundle Name in here. Tap the SAM button in top left to go back, and tap on the Bundle option. Here, select the correct carrier and region based on your Google search of your iPhone’s model number. In some cases, you may have a SIM ID menu as well, where you’ll be required to choose your SIM ID. Let the first option be the choice here (if it exists, at all). Now, with lockdown reverted to stock and Method and Bundle Name correctly configured, go to More Information in SAM settings and ActivationState should say Unactivated. Connect your iPhone to your PC or Mac and run iTunes. Legitimate activation certificates will be generated for your device, so make sure your computer has an active internet connection at this point. Once the activation process is complete, ActivationState should turn Wildcard Activated. Solving the ‘iPhone SIM card not supported error’ That’s it. The iPhone SIM card not supported error is gone, and your phone is fully activated with genuine activation packets. This means your push notifications are fixed as well as YouTube, and you can make FaceTime calls, too – all this with an improved battery life. You may check that the push notifications are working using the free
Did this method fix the iPhone SIM card not supported error caused by SAM? Do you know of another method? If you found this article useful, please share it with your friends. | ||||||
