Esoteric Recordings is pleased to announce the release of FIELD DAY, the beautiful instrumental double album originally released in 2005 by GENESIS founding member ANTHONY PHILLIPS.

Work on the composition of FIELD DAY began in September 2001. Anthony would later reflect "I'd become a stranger to the world of guitars and all my lovely stringed instruments would often look at me with mournful reproach! There was a gap in my keyboard-based TV work and so I launched myself on the neglected fretted fraternity, improvising for 2 - 3 hours on each in a state of great excitement but chronic rustiness". Following two aborted attempts at recording the sixty-one pieces of music, recording finally began in earnest in 2004. The recordings saw Anthony utilise 6-string guitar, 10- string guitar, 12-string guitar, cittern, bouzouki, charrango and mandolin to great effect.

Issued the following year, FIELD DAY received a warm response from Anthony Phillips aficionados upon its release. With this new edition, Anthony has revisited the recordings, re-mastering the original stereo mixes and has created a 5.1 Surround sound mix with engineer James Collins. The results bring a new life to the compositions and a much loved album.

The Marillion Weekend they did in Chile in 2017. they are three days, they give three concerts with different repertoire and they do several other activities with the fans. This was the first time they brought that dynamic to South America, so it was unforgettable for the fans.

"Marillion.cl"- It is so called because in each Marillion Weekend they review a special album and on that occasion it was their album "Marillion.com", which was performed entirely live. So the title goes in that sense, with a nod to the "cl" of country.

DIE APOKALYPTISCHEN REITER from Weimar, Germany are one of the most exciting bands of our times. With influences from the very beginnings of extreme metal, combined with heroic melodies and bite, they focus on passionate playing and exude high energy, with their lyrics covering a broad spectrum from love to downfall. The REITER-effect goes far beyond just the musical aspects though. REITER fans can be identified by "Reitermania", which causes wild and intense live shows. Some fans can even tell the story of floating over hundreds of hands and heads during a REITER concert in a rubber boat. DIE REITER always give 110, and often even more; they are a wild and unpredictable bunch who always take people by surprise. You cannot prepare for DIE REITER. They suddenly appear before you, and you have to soak up the experience at your own pace.

Occupations of Uninhabited Space - Blu-Ray video was recorded live at Pachyderm Studios, Cannon Falls, MN 8/5/17 - 8/6/17. It contains songs from the first two albums, as well 3 previously unreleased songs that later appeared on the third studio album, "Blurring the Lines...(a democracy manifest)". It was released on 4/5/19, and the audio-only version of "Occupations of Uninhabited Space" was released in 2018.
