Signum Regis released a new EP called "Flag Of Hope", together with a video for the title song.

"For this song, we invited our good friends, singers, who are all somehow connected to Signum Regis. Goran Edman was the lead singer of the band in the early days and recorded with us the 1st and the 2nd album. Mayo Petranin (Castaway, Symphonity) was our lead singer in 2014-2018, Matt Smith (Theocracy) and Samuel Nyman (Manimal) were our special guests on the Exodus album (2013), David Akesson has been working with us externally since our 2019 release "The Seal Of A New World". Of course, our current lead singer, Jota Fortinho, is there too!

We are very happy that this little reunion took place and that we were able to make together some music again. It brought back a lot of good memories. On top of that all, we have Andre Hernandes (Andre Matos band) playing tasty additional lead guitar.

It's quite clear already, that the year 2020 has not been a great one, we all know that. That's why we believe a song about hope and not giving up is exactly what we all need to hear."

Though a number of line-up changes followed, the three original members remained together until September 2010, when drummer Mike Portnoy left the band. Mike Mangini was announced as the new, permanent drummer in April 2011. 50 years following the release of his self-titled first solo album 'McCartney', featuring Paul playing every instrument and writing and recording every song, Paul McCartney releases 'McCartney III'. Paul hadn't planned to release an album in 2020, but in the isolation of 'Rockdown,' he soon found himself fleshing out some existing musical sketches and creating even more new ones. Before long an eclectic collection of spontaneous songs would become 'McCartney III': a stripped-back, self-produced and, quite literally, solo work marking the opening of a new decade, in the tradition of 1970's 'McCartney' and 1980's 'McCartney II'. 'McCartney III' spans a vast and intimate range of modes and moods, as unexpected circumstances are turned into a personal snapshot of a timeless artist at a unique point in history.

Recorded earlier this year in Sussex, McCartney III is mostly built from live takes of Paul on vocals and guitar or piano, overdubbing his bass playing, drumming, etc. atop that foundation. The process first sparked when Paul returned to an unreleased track from the early 90s, When Winter Comes (co-produced by George Martin). Paul crafted a new passage for the song, giving rise to album opener Long Tailed Winter Bird-while When Winter Comes, featuring its new 2020 intro Winter Bird, became the new album's grand finale.
