The button "Thanks" or "Gracias" will only appear when you have 55 posts

Each time you press the button through the forum will generate 2 points of reputation for the creator of the topic.

can you tell me where is the "Gracias" button? I've read the rules to increase the reputation and the second point said , i could increase my reputation clicking on Gracias button, but i can't find it.
