In English there is not such a thing like "double negation". I mean, you should write anything instead of nothing or write the sentence without the negation.

In the other hand, it is a better practice the use of "else" instead of "more".

Let me show you, how you should write it:

- Sorry but I don't have anything else to say. (This way is my favorite)

OR

- Sorry but I have nothing else to say.

Well, so many years ago, I had te opportunity to go to one of his concerts. He gave a presentation in my school, but I went just because I invited a girl I like.....it´s no my kind of music. Anyway, sorry for his premature death.
