Sinopsis
Un veterano ojeador de béisbol de edad avanzada (Clint Eastwood), que está perdiendo poco a poco la vista, viaja con su hija (Amy Adams) hasta Atlanta para observar a un joven talento. Las relaciones entre padre e hija son bastante conflictivas. Convincente retrato de la vejez y de su progresivo aislamiento respecto a las nuevas generaciones. Debut en la dirección de Robert Lorenz, ayudante de dirección de Eastwood, con quien trabajó en ‘Los puentes de Madison’, ‘Mystic River’ y ‘Million Dollar Baby’.
