Based on an early Sting Pictures photo set 'An Antipodean Education' this film brings alive the measures taken to keep order in a no nonsense college. Follows the life and times of Henry Eccleston a new boy in training at Carnfield Institute. This infamous building known locally as the house of correction is the brainchild of Col. James Templeton Lee. An ex Indian army officer.
