Un conocido presentador de documentales desaparece en plena selva amazónica. Convencidos de que aún está vivo, parte de su familia y amigos emprenden una expedición para localizarle seis meses después.
Para ello, y para contar con los fondos necesarios, tienen que aceptar que dicha búsqueda se grabe en forma de documental para uno de los productores del programa. Eso sí, no se esperaban encontrar lo que acabaron encontrando?
