El Caramell Dance,consiste en un simpático, sencillo pero gracioso baile, en el que la persona mueve las caderas de un lado a otro, mientras sonríe y coloca sus manos encima de la cabeza, simulando las orejas de un conejito.


El baile como fenómeno en Internet, surgió a partir de un anime llamado Popotan. En este anime se veia a Mii (protagonista) bailando este ritmo tan divertido.
