Sinopsis: Milton (Nicolas Cage) es un criminal que salió del infierno con una última oportunidad de redención. Se pondrá tras la busca de un maléfico grupo que acabó con la vida de su hija. Tiene tres días para detenerlos antes de que se produzca el sacrificio de un bebé bajo la luz de la luna llena. En su odisea estará acompañado por Piper (Amber Heard) una joven y sexy camarera. Ahora los dos están tras la pista del líder del grupo, Jonah King (Billy Burke), quien se cree un elegido para desatar el infierno en la Tierra.
