Juego de Musou Orochi Z es un proyecto exclusivo de Koei reúne dos mejores juegos tácticos Sangoku Musou y Sengoku Musou con nuevas misiones y el guión original. Sin previo aviso, el Rey Serpiente Orochi ha comenzado una invasión. Usando el poder inmenso, lo que permite romper el tiempo y el espacio, Orochi secuestró a los guerreros más fuertes y más valientes de la antigua China y el Japón feudal para poner a prueba sus habilidades en batalla con los mejores soldados. Ninguno de los ejércitos no podían resistir a la autoridad Orochi. En el terreno sigue siendo inferior a los héroes, que continúa resistiéndose a la King Snake. 96 personajes en lugar de 79 en el original, todos los viejos trajes nuevos opcionales, nuevas campañas, nuevos modos de juego, nuevos elementos.
