GeoGebra - dynamic geometry environment that allows you to create "living drawings" in plane geometry, in particular, to construct with ruler and compass.

The program was written by Markus Hohenvarterom language Java (respectively slow, but a large number of operating systems). Was translated into 39 languages. Fully supports the Russian language.
