To speak about something in this topic I wonder something about Colombia: is Colombia a socialist country? I mean, when I look on the internet it is not so clear, Colombia seem really close to the US economic policy and I know that Uribe is a liberal, but in the same time maybe what you call a "liberal" in south america would be considered a socialist in the US for example... for example the french president is a liberal in France but compared to the US or the UK he is rather a socialist, you see what I mean?

So how is it in Colombia, are there a lot of taxes to pay every months for the social care etc like in France or do you get most of your money for yourself?
