Well,Croatia isn't a cold country,it's just winter season right now,at summer temperatures are reaching about 40 C°.And about global warming...doesn't affects us all? But,just to be on the right path;about Europe and global warming; ones that should be concerned are France and United Kingdom.

And,hell yeah I'm happy 'cause I won't be burn till death,but I'm terribly happy 'cause I won't be frozen to death!
