I want to tell you that Medellín is not only violence (Many people have a wrong view about Colombia, especially about Medellín).
All my life I have lived in Medellín and I don't have many complaints. I recommend you to visit our city and you will see all the good things that we have.
The weather in Medellín is good (for me). At the moment we're having days very sunny.
If you want to looking for a job, you should go to "Alliance Française", "Blendex" or "University of Antioquia", those are the places where they teach french here in Medellín. Maybe you can found a oportunity to work.

Thanx for your answer. Believe me I'm aware that the situation in Colombia is not what it used to be, but how could I say that... I grew up in a rather "safe" environment, probably safer than medellin,
the fact is that I know what to do in France to avoid problems, its different when you are a stranger, sometimes you don't have the common sense recquired to be safe, what things or places or people to avoid... you see what I mean?
But thank you for your answer, Medellin seems to be a great place too ! If I'm going to Colombia it will not be before the end of this year because I have things to do in France... (and I need money LOL)
