La revista
Motor Trend publica una lista llamada “10 coolest things about
Bugatti Veyron”, en la que recoge algunas de las características más curiosas de este superderportivo. El blog Jalopnik, muy acertadamente, se pregunta que tienen de
cool la mayoría de estas cosas.
Se necesita una segunda llave para poner el coche en el modo de máxima velocidad, tiene una aguja que marca los caballos, no hay nada que cubra la parte superior del motor, tendrás la mejor plaza de aparcamiento en cualquier restaurante, el sistema de audio cuesta 30.000 dólares, quitando el control de estabilidad podrás derrapar las cuatro ruedas en tercera, el
0 a 400 km/h le lleva menos de un minuto, pisando a fondo en séptima
consume 80 litros a los 100, lleva un segundo alerón trasero para frenar, y por último Bugatti exige un depósito de 350.000 dólares sólo para hacer una reserva.

The January issue of
Motor Trend has a first-drive report on the
Bugatti Veyron 16.4. “As I pilot the 16.4 through of one of Sicily’s mile-long tunnels, and the speedo swings past 280 kilometers per hour (about 174 mph), I now know what it feels like to be a hollow-point slug traveling down the barrel of a long-nose 44 Magnum.” The magazine also has a list of the “ten coolest things” about the Veyron:
