This is a very good third album from Washington, D.C. D.J.s , Rob Garza & Eric Hilton. For those that never heard of these guys, they are a mix of Bjork, ambient music, with a touch of Sweetback and sometimes a political message. They hire an array of singers from different countries to interpret their multi-national sounds. IMO, the best track on this cd is "The richest man in Babylon". It's a laid back hip hop/reggae track and the guest MC for this song is "Notch", a Puerto Rican, Portuguese, Native American, Jamaican, Afro-Cuban & French rapper.
