I find these sentences completely wrong.
First, you are using interest (a verb) in a wrong way (because you need a conscious-object, not just "It" as unknown object), and actually, you could use interesting (adjective) instead of interest to mean something like "It is interesting to practice (learn, etc) English" or you could use the verb in a correct way like "I am interested in practice English".
Second, there is a "to" missing in that sentence, "I would like this topic
to get more action".
