Bueno dejo a dispocición un codigo para habilitar el registro de Windows (REGEDIT, msconfig) cuando no puedas entrar a él ya sea por alguna mala maniobra o algun troyano o spyware que te lo alla desabilitado (como me paso a mi)

1. -Abres un bloc de notas y pegas el codigo,
2.- Guardar con el nombre UnHookExec.INF
3.- Ya guardado te vas al archivo y le das con el botón derecho, te saldrá una opción "Instalar "en el menú despegable. Pones Instalar.
4.- Vas a INICIO>> EJECUTAR pones REGEDIT y listo si todo sale bien podrás entrar al registro nuevamente.
