You know Misha Mansoor as the virtuosic guitarist and founder of Periphery, the leading band in the polarizing djent movement that has followed in the footsteps of prog-metal masters Meshuggah. But Mansoor has been making music long before the group for which he is famous: Pre-Periphery, he earned a devoted following in guitar circles under the online moniker Bulb as he would share demos and playthroughs via fan forums. Bulb as since become a catch-all nickname for Mansoor's solo work, output that is slated to be released across a 10-album collection
