Umm, aclarando lo del nacimiento del nu metal, segun VH1, en un especial que dieron de la historia del metal, dijeron que este genero del nu nacio cuando Anthrax grabo algunas canciones con un grupo de rap que se llamaba Public Enemy. Y entonces esto causo el nacimiento de un "metal" que mezclaba sonidos electronicos y voces rapiadas, como Limpbizkit.
Bueno aunque ahora las bandas de nu, no es que tengan mucha influencia del rap que digamos...
