In 1984 it was time for Dire Straits' first live album. After it turned out that the recordings of the big Love Over Gold tour were all unusable for a release, the band rented the London Hammersmith Odeon on July 22 and 23, 1983, as well as the mobile recording equipment of the Rolling Stones. Mike McKenna was responsible for the recording, and Nigel Walker was used as sound engineer. The set consists of the best known and most popular songs from their first four albums, an EP and the soundtrack to the film "Local Heroes". Even though Dire Straits' music doesn't have an arena rock feel to it, the audience celebrates the songs unbridled, giving generous applause and singing along wherever they can. YES, who are Steve Howe, Alan White, Geoff Downes, Jon Davison and Billy Sherwood, released their new studio album The Quest on InsideOutMusic/Sony Music on 1st October 2021.

"It is simply an honour for me to have the opportunity to bring together the band members in the development of a well-refined set of songs that capture the band's true potential," said Steve Howe, who produced the album. He added "Much of the music was written in late 2019 with the rest in 2020. We commissioned several orchestrations to augment and enhance the overall sound of these fresh new recordings, hoping that our emphasis on melody, coupled with some expansive instrumental solo breaks, keeps up the momentum for our listeners."

Additional percussion was provided by guest Jay Schellen who supplements YES' live performances.

Containing 11 songs, 8 on the main CD with 3 extra tracks on a bonus CD, The Quest will be available on Vinyl and 5.1 Blu-ray and CD, all on the day of release.

Eleven new songs were composed by Steve Howe, Alan White, Geoff Downes, Jon Davison and Billy Sherwood for "The Quest" and recorded in studios around the globe. Sessions took place in the UK with Howe, Downes and Davison, while White and Sherwood met in the studio in the US. Additional percussion parts were contributed by Jay Schellen, who is part of the Yes live band.

On April 28th, 2017, Between the Buried and Me released their new DVD/Blu-ray, "Coma Ecliptic Live," via Metal Blade Records, in association with Good Fight Entertainment. The concert, which features the band performing their latest album, "Coma Ecliptic," in its entirety, was filmed live on location October 4th, 2016 at The Observatory North Park in San Diego, CA.
