Do I need a dentist recommendation to get braces?
 

Hi all,
I’m going to get braces, but my dad just want to take me to an orthodontist and get it over with. But do I need a dentist recommendation/note or can I just make and appointment and get the braces on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated?
