Sinopsis:

Una compañía petrolífera realiza excavaciones acuáticas en busca del oro negro. Accidentalmente liberan a un tiburón prehistórico, el cual se dedicará a dar caza a un grupo de jóvenes y atractivas muchachas y a unos ladrones de arte atrapados en una isla desierta. Ambos grupos deberán unir fuerzas para sobrevivir al prehistórico apetito del escualo.
