Sinopsis:

Adaptación de una novela de Don Winslow. Dos amigos de Laguna Beach, que comparten novia, se dedican al tráfico de drogas. Un cartel mexicano secuestra a la chica y les exige como rescate todo el dinero que han ganado durante los últimos cinco años. Aunque los jóvenes se muestran dispuestos a pagar, al mismo tiempo, idean un plan para rescatar a la chica y vengarse de sus secuestradores.
