Sinopsis:

Wrong Turn 4, nos contará como un grupo de amigos deciden ir a practicar snow en sus vacaciones invernales. Pero como en anteriores ocasiones, tomarán un camino equivocado perdiéndose en una tormenta y buscando refugio en un antiguo sanatorio. Allí están completamente aislados y a mercer de la tormenta. Pero el lugar, tiene un pasado y algunos de sus antiguos pacientes no están demasiado contentos en tener ?invitados?. En un mortal juego del gato y el ratón, los jóvenes deberán luchar por sobrevivir esa noche?
