THE BUZZ: I'm rather amazed that Kevin Hart doesn't have an eponymous TV show that semi-fictionalizes his life as a father and comedian -- a faster speed version of "Louie" seems inevitable for the funnyman, whose steady rise to the top culminates with this tour documentary.
