La ucraniana Anastasia Sokolova está considerada como la mejor exponente del "pole dance", lo que le ha permitido viajar prácticamente por todo el mundo para dar clases y exhibiciones.
Anastasia, quien practica el "pole dance" desde los 21 años de edad, consideró que esta especialidad del fitness hace bellas a las mujeres al exterior, por el ejercicio; y en su interior, porque les permite conocerse y amarse más. Sokolova es fundadora y presidenta de una escuela de danza y acrobacia en Kiev.
