ACTUALIDAD 22 FEB 2014

A pesar de las fuertes lluvias, se llevó a cabo en Montevideo, Uruguay, el que es considerado el carnaval más largo del mundo. A su vez, en su país vecino, Paraguay, se realizó el Carnaval de la Encarnación.
