Industrias Wein, la empresa que un día fuera pionera de todo tipo de adelantos tecnológicos, no está pasando por su mejor momento. Su propietario, Nick Wein, que en realidad es el justiciero enmascarado conocido como Vatman, está pasando por el peor momento de su vida. Se ha visto obligado a pedir dinero en la calle y se ha dado a la bebida. Corren tiempos oscuros para el Hombre Murciélago y también para muchos superhéroes. La deliciosa Katwoman también tiene dificultades, pero gracias a su increíble atractivo consigue más limosnas que Vatman. Ésto no le gusta nada a Vatman y para reclamar su territorio, Katwoman y Vatman se verán envueltos en una batalla épica.
