Sarolta Ban nació en Budapest, Hungría. Su camino hacia el arte empezó con diseño de joyas, pero más tarde descubrió la pasión en la manipulación de fotografías y este trabajo acabó convirtiéndose en su actividad principal.

Sarolta utiliza elementos comunes y mediante la combinación entre ellos es capaz de crear historias surrealistas, atribuir personalidades fantásticas a creaturas que solo existen en nuestra ilimitada imaginación.

Los significados de sus fotos tienen multiples interpretaciones, como toda obra surrealista debe ser, dejando espacio para que cada espectador transforme lo que ve en un aspecto personal.
