Londres 2012: Usain Bolt vuelve a escena

Usain Bolt inicia este martes su participación en los 200 metros (12.50) en el Estadio Olímpico en busca de su segunda medalla de oro en los Juegos de Londres 2012.

Tras su rotundo éxito en la final de 100 metros, el jamaicano vuelve a saltar al tartán con el objetivo de convertirse en el primer atleta en conquistar dos oros olímpicos en la prueba del doble hectómetro y convertirse en el velocista más grande de la historia.

Bolt participará en la primera serie y correrá por la calle cinco, escoltado por el estadounidense Isiah Young en la cuatro y el nigeriano Noah Akwu por la seis.

De nuevo será su compatriota Yohan Blake el principal rival de Bolt. Al igual que en los 100 metros, «la Bestia» también ganó a Bolt en los 200 en los trials de Jamaica. Además, el francés Roger Lemaitre, ausente en el hectómetro, inicia también su participación en los Juegos dispuesto a plantar cara a los caribeños.

Bolt, el mejor sin duda, Blake el mas opcionado a tumbarlo del trono, sobresaliente lo que hizo el ecuatoriano y el frances Christophe Lemaitre que no corrio los 100 metros para reservar energias, le sirvio..
