Lo estoy haciendo. El primer día casi me reviento sólo en el calentamiento y me vomité faltando 10 min. para terminar fuerza :laughing9:

Pero ahora todo bien,... ya empecé la segunda ronda y es súper... he perdido 7 kilos; cuando lo termine descansaré una semana y le voy a meter una personalización que encontré con pesas para ganar más masa. Lo único malo es el Yoga (todo el mundo lo odia) pero es sólo la primera media hora que es muy repetitiva; la hora final si es bacana, es variadita.

P.S. Por torrent se baja rápido, y en español.
