Sinopsis

Es una remasterización de Dragon Ball Z la cual constara de 98 capítulos resumiendo la historia y eliminando el relleno haciendo un enfoque en lo mas importante de la historia hasta la saga de Cell, este nuevo proyecto se dio a conocer en el TAF 2009 (Tokyo International Anime fair 2009) se estrenó el 5 de abril de 2009 en la televisora Fuji TV en version HD, la música y efectos sera renovados esta serie se hara por el 20 aniversario del primer capitulo de Dragon Ball Z, la serie seguirá a cargo de Toei Animation.

En LatinoAmerica se estrenó el 4 de Abril de 2011.
