uno o dos programas que me permitan reducir el tamaño de este video, otro programa que me permita cambiarle de formato, si es posible que los dos no pesen mucho, estén en español y lo màs importante que sean portables

parcero por mi hace rato lo hubiera hecho, el problema es el tamaño de este video

pesa 1081 mb. es por eso lo de mi pedido en cuanto a uno o màs programas, ahora otra cosa he visto que la imagen de este video que he grabado ha cambiado a un color medio morado me refiero al cuerpo de brenda còmo puedo hacer para volver al color original? otra cosa he visto en otro foro y no es por ufanarme pero creo que la mejor grabación de este twitcam la tengo yo
