This 3-D architectural program lets users create the buildings of their dreams, from dilapidated outhouses to towering skyscrapers to works of modern art that are intended for pure decoration. Don't worry if you don't feel like using this powerful tool to create things yourself--the game comes with dozens of new ways to make your cities unique, and you can always head to the SimCity Exchange to

Install the game using the serial
Replace sc3u.exe and BAApp.exe in the Apps folder
Play the game!

I have not played this game, I am merely trying to fill a request for somebody as I said I would try. I have tested it enough to know that it extracts but I have not burned and installed it. Follow the instructions and I am sure you will be fine.
