100 mejores discos segun la revista time La revista Time ha publicado una lista de los 100 mejores discos de los últimos 50 años. Leer la lista puede convertirse en un viaje por el tiempo, pero también en momentos de insatisfacción si tomamos en cuenta que, como toda lista, faltan algunos discos que para otros son esenciales. No hay nada de Pink Floyd, por ejemplo, lo cual es imperdonable; tampoco hay nada de The Doors o The Cure. La lista pretende ser textualmente "de los más grandes y más influyentes" y por eso las omisiones son más dramáticas.
Pero en todo caso, si usted de mete directamente a la lista del Time, podrá hacer clíck en cada disco y leerá el razonamiento de su selección.
En lo personal, me parece que la lista de los años 50 está incompleta (sólo hay 4 años) y en la lista de los años 2000, hay 4 antologías de cantantes de otras épocas (Elvis Presley, Hank Williams, Muddy Waters, Sam Cooke). No que no merezcan estar ahí, sino que es también una señal de que en esta década que estamos viviendo, la música no es precisamente grandiosa, excepcional y ciertamente dejará pocas influencias en las generaciones o músicos del futuro.
Pero bueno, tampoco hay que tomárselo tan a pecho. Las listas son para divertirse. A continuación, la lista completa:

Siempre sucede lo mismo con este tipo de listas, aunque traten de ser objetivos siempre quedan con una pequeña carga de subjetividad y gustos personales/regionales.

Por ejemplo, en esta lista se nota que los de Time no se tomaron la molestia de consultar personal externo y quedó tan "agringada" que hasta un álbum de Dolly Parton aparece en élla. :laughing9:

estoy deacuerdo con saiyaman, faltaron albunes como dark side of the moon (se supene que es uno de los más vendidos de todos los tiempos) o the wall, good save the queen, disraeli gears, yo no se uno no debe cofier mucho en ese tipo de listados, ya que todo siempre va a depender de las ventas no de la trascendencia que tiene en el ambito músical, aunque hay unos muy chimbas

Y he notado que en estas puñeteras listas de revistas norteamericanas dejan mal parados a los británicos, me trae a la mente las famosas listas de la Revista Rolling Stone que no daban pie con bola.
