GuruDic - the dictionary format supports dictionaries - stardikt. Similar to the Dictionary Universal. The same speed and capabilities, but less thought-out interface and search capabilities

Dictionary Universal. Attracted a lot of positive feedback in AppStore. Fast, multi-tasking, dictionaries can be cast via the Internet Wai Fai (from the local computer), and by dragging the dictionaries in itunes. In general, very similar both in appearance and in functionality with GuruDic. True, unlike the first, it works only in vertical mode, but nevertheless more convenient to use.

Add dictionaries best through tuna. Then go to Settings - Dictionary - install - and install dictionaries.
I recommend the Dictionary Universal (voice sharpened and tested only on Dictionary Universal)
