Yemen: Meses de disturbios y confusión

Yemen está profundamente dividido, es un país pobre sumido en el caos desde enero de 2011, cuando las manifestaciones en masa hicieran llamado a renunciar el presidente Ali Abdullah Saleh . Saleh ha estado en el poder desde 1978. Las manifestaciones han seguido durante meses y de apoyo de Saleh se ha desmoronado como algunos comandantes del ejército y líderes tribales han pedido su destitución. El 7 de abril, una organización de-ricos en petróleo del Golfo Pérsico estados unido al creciente número de voces de llamadas internacionales para la transferencia de los poderes presidenciales. Las protestas y enfrentamientos mortales siguen a diario con las fuerzas de seguridad y las facciones rivales militares aliadas con el gobierno y los rebeldes. Más de 100 manifestantes han muerto desde que comenzó la crisis.
