The Pretty Reckless es una banda de rock alternativo y post-grunge de Nueva York formada y encabezada por la cantante, modelo y actriz Taylor Momsen. La banda iba a ser llamada originalmente "The Reckless", pero debió ser cambiado a The Pretty Reckless a causa de problemas comerciales

La cantante principal Taylor Momsen formó la banda en el 2009 con John Secolo en la guitarra, Matt Chiarelli en el bajo y Nick Carbone en la batería. En ese mismo año tocaron como banda soporte para The Veronicas en su gira por Norte América. Hoy, Momsen es la única integrante original de la banda, con Ben Phillips en la guitarra, Mark Damon en el bajo y Jamie Perkins en la batería.
