►►SINOPSIS◄◄

Spoiler: Tierra año 2307 A.D

El agotamiento de los combustibles fósiles ha forzado a la gente de la tierra a depender de la energía solar. 3 elevadores orbitales fueron construidos y gracias a ellos se puede llevar una existencia plena. 3 facciones militares controlan y luchan entre sí por monopolizar esta fuente de energía de la que se benefician pocos países y sus aliados. Las tres partes en conflicto son: AEU ("Unión Avanzada de Europa") que controla a Europa, UNION ("Unión de la Energía Solar y las Naciones Libres") que controla lo que es Estados Unidos y América en general, y finalmente la Liga de la Reforma Humana que controla lo que es Rusia, China y la India. Pese a que la Tierra entró en pleno siglo 24, la humanidad no se ha unido por completo.

En medio de una serie de guerras que no parecen tener fin, se encuentra una milicia privada llamada "Celestial Being" que lucha en una estrategia de fuego contra fuego por y para detener a la fuerza estos conflictos. Es ahí donde entran en escena 4 jóvenes y sus armas móviles, que jugarán un papel clave en la lucha para evitar que la Tierra perezca ante su propia ambición.

Han pasado 4 años desde la batalla final entre las fuerzas de la ONU y Celestial Being. Con la victoria de su lado, la ONU establece la Federación de la Alianza Terrestre, un gobierno globalizado que se hace con el control de lo que una vez fueran, la Unión, la AEU y la Liga de Reforma Humana.
El mundo había cambiado pero, no era lo que los ángeles buscaban.
El tiempo ha pasado y ante la oposición de varias fuerzas rebeldes, la Federación prepara la creación de A-Laws, una unidad independiente libre de hacer lo que sea necesario con tal de mantener la seguridad del nuevo gobierno y es a causa de esto que Celestial Being tiene que regresar para destruir el renacimiento que provocaron con su sangre.
